All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Radko Gudas Store is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees during or after shipping (e.g., tariffs, taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging your items, but we’re not liable for shipments lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged items for their investigation.
